A simple edit that removes the middle cloth triangle from the Ryumyaku Tsutsu-hakama of Casting, Healing, Fending, Maiming, Striking and Scouting. This also works on the Arhat Tsutsu-hakama of Fending, Maiming and Striking.

Reuploaded with support for the Arhat Tsutsu-hakama as well as a new mod name and preview image.
