The hairstyle supports highlights and is hat-friendly. It'll only clip a little bit with the most tight ones like choir hat (who wear that anyway).

I have no plan on doing it for any other race, but feel free to give it a try if you want to. Don't forget to ask for any modification, to properly credit and do not re-post anywhere else.
