This is a microphone weapon for Da Qiao from Shin Sangoku Musou 7 (JP numbering for the title is 1 less), also known as Dynasty Warriors 8 in international release.
It ports onto Mindbreaker WHM weapon in Gold Saucer which can be purchased for 10k MGP.
Please DM me if there are any bugs or issues with the mod.

You can port to other weapons, just don't forget to give credit.
