The pose pack includes five different poses, and files for min Au Ra Female x max Miqo'te Male as well as min Viera x Max Highlander. There's a bonus min Au Ra Female x max Male Au Ra pose combo for one of the pairs as well. These poses should work just fine with just about any height/tall race combo, as long as you pick the pair closest to the difference and adjust accordingly. If you're going for the biggest gap of a min Au Ra female with any extra-tall male or female, expect that your Au Ra's feet will not touch the ground.
