Adds highlights to all the Vanilla Racial Hrothgar Hairstyles.

Important Notes:
#1. Obsolete Faces ( 1-4 ) are not supported and are only displayed for reference purposes to help those who may not be familiar with the hairstyle IDs.
#2. Hrothgar Highlights - The Complete Collection does not add functionality to utilize locked hairstyles on different face types. Great news though, my mod is compatible RoxlLuikhart's Hrothgar Hairstyles mod, so go live your hairstyle fantasy!
