You need [IVCS] Illusio Vitae Custom Skeleton Base for this!! Just the skeleton is enough! (IVCSV2 should be fine too.)

This mod makes male elezen ears wobble and move around during certain emotes and movements. This affects as many animations (that had melezen variants) as i could physically get my hands on. Most earrings should be fine to use! Works with mare in my experience.

Also please keep in mind that this is a mod i made for myself, the ears are animated by hand, and while id love for ear wiggle to be possible without IVCS, i lack any knowledge in skeleton editing to mess with it myself.
