Converts the Ephemerist's artifact gear for Astrologian to YAB Med Buff / Small WC Legs and Bibo+ compatible gloves and shoes.
While this is for Med Buff, the sleeves are so poofy that you can't tell whether the arms are normal or buff. There shouldn't be clipping unless in extreme scaling or posing?
