High(er) poly midlander ears with tunnels and piercings. This mod was made for my OC but I decided to share it. It’s far from perfect, especially the back, but it was my first try to make tunnels.
They will appear on all tall fems but they won’t remove your ears. You will need an ear remover mod or a sculpt that has a no ears toggle.
