I've always thought the fact that the Edenmorn Eye Mask of Striking is a hat was silly. I wanna wear hats with it! So I slapped it onto an earring, so you can wear hats. It works on all races and genders.
Note that if you have top of head ears (Miqo, Hroth, Viera), it won't work if you wear a hat that would cover your ears. Sorry, I'm not proficient enough with modding to do anything about that.
