So! I did a quick and dirty rework so instead of the OG effect, it uses the main attack from Mountain Buster with a slight screen shake to add an umph. Meant to be used with other mods like sortofarbitrary's "Return to Elements" or izumi_ktsis's "Floral Mage" with the use of the Stones instead of the main Glare I-III.
Can work with modded animations as well — as is shown in the preview picture!
