I simply adjusted the skirt to my own liking and moved it over to a headslot for easier mix matching.

Fitted around bibo with extra leeway for thicc

You can relocate the item to any other accessory slot by Advanced editing > Item swap > Between slots and from there pick the item you rather have it on.
