[TriQuin] Laidback Selfcare

This one didn't need too much adjustment, aside from making the arms and shoulders look a little less awkward. it looks a little more natural, so I feel it's improved.

You will need to be laying down for it to really work, but rotations can make it look good to. The original pose is available within the same compressed file. Adjustments are to be expected.
