Changes the vanilla game's female Miqote faces「1/101, 2/102, 3/103 and 4/104」to be earless / without earflaps / without inner ear parts.
This mod was created during a commission as the existing one caused an issue and I figured some people encountering problems with it might appreciate having another option. If the other mod works for you, there is no advantage of this one.
