minimal hud & circle beneficial status icons

Sel for adding support for stacking status icons into TexTools 1.9.8

version 0.02 of both our minimal ui mod and recent circle status icons mod. reworks a large portion of the user interface in the goal of simplicity and ease of use in a raid scenario.
0.02 brings updates to parameter & job gauges, mini map, and additional buffs have been converted to circles from the previous release. this will probably be the last version until textools receives more UI element support.
▫ important notes: install textools version 1.9.8 before importing the updated circle icons or you'll most likely get errors, and please read the included readme for detailed changelogs/info before asking questions!
