Emet-Selch no Garlean eye

Just a quick mod that removes the garlean third eye from Emet-Selch's model. Intended for pre-sundering/AU screenshots where it wouldn't make sense for Emet to have a Garlean eye but wanting to keep his appearance.

Apparently his lips are darker and I have no idea why since I didn't touch them. Been told of an issue with textures too. Might come back to this at a later date but it's not a priority.
