Phew, this took FOREEVER. This is my first ever hair import, The Vindictus Twin Natural hairstyle. The weights aren't perfect, and may look odd in some poses, but they get the job done! thanks so much to everyone who helped me fix issues, I can't express how thankful I am 
Some hats may look okay, but most don't cooperate with this hair. UPDATE weights significantly improved, hair shaped a little bit better. Feel free to port to anything you want! just credit me if you post. pls don't DM me if an issue is practically un-noticeable in normal gameplay
