Change the original head bandage to a lace one. Use the texture from Tight&Firm Gen2 Lingerie Collection to make all lace underwears the same pattern. Also suitable for male characters lol. Make sure the Translucency is ON. Other clothes in the photos are modified private mods, no rights to share, sorry. You can find something close here.
