Dyable Tie Collegiate Jacket

A simple texture edit that changes the dyable area of the Collegiate Jacket from the jacket itself to just the tie. Also makes the default color of the jacket black instead of grey. I made this to do a dumb Agent 47 cosplay but on the chance someone else finds this appealing I decided to upload it. Enjoy, and ping me if you end up doing your own dumb Agent 47 cosplay with this :D
