Cutiepoo's Curly Hair (Sims 4) For Elezen

I saw it, I loved it, I needed it on my Elezen. So I made it fit. Replaces Hair 118, will break those textures for everyone else. Probably looks best in dark colors, doesn't like hats or highlights. I won't be porting it to other races but I'd be thrilled if other people would as long as you credit リン !
