Let your WoLs rest and let them sip some fresh fruit juice. This pose uses a juice box prop (Juice Box)
You would probably need to scale down the size of the prop for it to work well with the pose. The folder contains a subdivision by genders where inside you'll find the pose adjusted for each race. You'll maybe need to adjust some details of the expressions according to the facial option you are using.
Side note, the lala pose is slightly different
These pose support Bibo, Bibo+ and TBSE, works with vanilla bodies aswell.
