A "Cosmic" themed vfx overhaul I made for myself, in which my definition of cosmic seems to be "very blue and purple".
Changes every action except Egress, Ingress, HarvestMoon, and Harpe as those I was already satisfied with visually
The folder contains both an all-in-one file and a seperate file for each action.
