Madara's hair from Jump Force. For now, it's only for Miqote Male but might port it to the other races in the future.

No hat compatibility for now
There are small issues with it that may or may not appear but they are minor.
I'll consider porting the hair for the other races and maybe genders in the future but this one took a lot of time so enjoy :P
