Resizes the Isle Farmhand's Cutoffs to roughly bibo+ small. I also closed the shorts' legs so no coochie can escape.

There's various options to choose from!
• Long belt + thigh bandana (this is how it is vanilla)
• Long belt only
• Shorter belt + thigh bandana
• Shorter belt only

I don't plan to do other sizes. Long belt options have somewhat wonky weights, so it may clip on some poses. Everything else should be mostly okay otherwise! (only tested on miqo'te though)
