You may have been jealous, seeing NPCs wearing this, yet being denied the pleasure of wearing it yourself; rebuffed by yet another female-only tag you knew not to be true. No longer! (Unfortunately could not get it to work for Roe, but I have included the 3d file if you wish to try fixing it yourself, or porting it to a different piece of gear.)
