Miqo'te Racial Differences

Essentially makes the tails on both male and female Seekers of the Sun smaller, as well as changing the bust for women (barely, I think).

This mod is based on the supposed differences between the races on the wiki, as well as being something that may or may not have been a thing in 1.0.

I'll admit this was made as somewhat of a response to the Variant Miqo'te mod that already exists. There's nothing wrong with the mod itself, it's just, in my opinion (and the lore's!) the wrong way around!
