Star Sapphire Circlets

Since the ARR Inquisitors all have gem circlets, I figured I'd turn every version of the blue gem basic circlet into a Star Sapphire variant for the pious and/or zealous Halonic Worshippers' benefit. Every type of Circlet Metal is included, so pick your preferred.
