A vitiligo skin mod for Males TBSE Skin (Excluding: Roe, Hrothgar and Lalafell)

- The files contain both MAT A (Vanilla skin/Mirrored) and MAT B (TBSE).
- There are 3 types - 100%, 50% and 25% opacity.
- For male aura, the pigmentation applies unto the scales as well, as I believe that pigmentation will also affect that.
- These skins are LOOSE Files only (.png)/No .ttmp. You can either use textools to make your own file or Penumbra to assign it to your skin. Tutorial for Penumbra's loose files: https://reniguide.info/#loosefiles
