Spring Feather-Trimmed Cape

Spring is almost here. It's nice out, mostly, but some days we just need a feathered cape for warmth, for flair, whatever.

A mashup of the Spring Shirt, Y'shtola's feathers, and the cape from the Magus set.

-Imports to Spring Shirt by default
-Works for all Midlander based bodies.
-Options Included: Feathers/cape dye lighter, feathers/cape dye darker, feathers/cape stay white, feathers/cape stay black
-Custom dye feathers on Mat B, channels 7, 8
-Cape is Mat C, channels 9, 16
-Shirt is Mat A/Groups 0 & 1. 0 is skin for males, 1 is skin for females. Yeet it to make space for porting the "feathered cape" to other stuff.
