Making the Kingly Peacock mount's action "Dazzling Display" extra dazzly with added SFX when showcasing it's feathers with pride!

The sound is registered under the Sound Effects volume settings in FF's System's Config options, if you want it lowered or increased. (this is the sound category for all mount sound effects)
Please take note, that you need the Kingly Peacock mount in order for this mod to work! Which is a mogstation mount!
