[Ingredients]
1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
[Instructions]
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped artichoke hearts, grated Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, minced garlic, dried dill weed, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly combined.
Transfer the mixture into a baking dish or a 9-inch pie plate, spreading it out in an even layer.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the dip is heated through.
Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Serve the artichoke dip warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or sliced baguette.
