Changes a few of the face paints to look like acne. Because I like seeing features I have in games.

Changes face paints 10, 15, 27, and 28 (the butterfly, chocobo chick, spider web, and bat decals.) Includes options to enable or disable individual options. Should be compatible with anything that doesn't overwrite these four decals, because it doesn't touch anything else.
