Full Blu

It isnt perfect they're are a few quirks like all Addle spells are Candy Cane regardless of Job. I was learning as I went.

This converts RDM Spell affects into BLU Best used with a lvl'd 90 RDM. The gameplay is the same but you get to use all schools of magic.

Example changes:
Jolt II - The Rose of Destruction
Verthunder III - Reflux
Verthunder II - Blaze
VerAero III - Sonic Boom
VerAero II - Maledaletion of Water
Verfire - Mortal Flame
VerStone - Peat Pelt
Impact - Magic Hammer
VerFlare- Matra Magic
VerHoly- Saintly Beam
Scorch - Choco Meteor

All melee skill have a regular and a different skill for the enchated skill.
Mouliet - 1000 needles
Enchanted Mouliet - Both Ends

Corps-a-Corps, Displacement, and Reprise remain the same
