He loves to watch you being on all four.

Tested on the models you see but should work for almost all tall races with minor adjustments needed. IVCS is needed for male genitalia. I'd suggest using transparency on female to get her aligned with him, then turning it off -- just a suggestion if you want everything to fit perfectly, but not required. Have fun with the pose :)
