Strongly recommend trying Version I, first, before getting into Version II. Version I is the handjob set (left) and Version II is the oral set (right). Version II is not perfect and will try your patience. I've only tested the poses on Highlander male and Midlander Female with Riderthicc body. IVCS is definitely needed.
