Author's Comments:

Okay im gonna be honest I have no CLUE where this stupid cane is, I just found it in the files and decided to do a really lazy port over to a white mage cane. If you wanna put this on another weapon be my guest, and if you find out where the hell this comes from great job. This was, really lazy. It actually only affects the Astaroth Cane, I didn't check all the others.

Enjoy, I guess. Its dyeable.
