Author's Comments:
First you must install the file from Jammer's Tanktop - T&F2 Small ( https://www.xivmodarchive.com/modid/3179 ) called "!Tanktop - Plain - TFSmall - Main File.ttmp" and then the "Alternate Style - Thin Chestwrap.ttmp" contained within as well before installing my mod, as my mod is simply a transparent edit of the texture of Jammer's Mod's alternate style.
This is my first uploaded mod. I've shared it with a few friends and following the above instructions should work. It did for them.
