Took the cloak from the Metian set and placed it upon a accessory slot
Some leeway given to prevent clipping.
Works for everyone but Mroe/Hroths (trying to fix it but I'm in pain T.T)
Is dyable! further dye slots can be located from within penumbra for straps and metals.
TBSE-X added as a extra for men because Solace needs to cut down on the Gfuel
