This is using a normal size female Viera and an extremely modified male Hrothgar that is about 50% bigger than a normal max height Hrothgar.
Adjustments to arms/hands/fingers will probably be needed to make this work, or do different angles.
I had to adjust the cock A LOT in this picture to make it work, so you may need to adjust as well, or hide it more in the partner that is on top lol.
