Expressionism - Ink & Ribbons

TheMightyPunion for Expressionism Dance: https://xivmodarchive.com/modid/87148
Additional thanks to TheMightyPunion for not only allowing the edit, but also graciously allowing it to be a standalone mod that doesn't require his to work.
Special thanks to gator.exe (taco) for his SFX documentation: https://www.xivmodarchive.com/modid/67137

A VFX and sync edit of TheMightyPunion's Expressionism Dance.

- Ink or Ribbons
- Black or White
- Music Toggle (from the original mod)
- Music is now synced with the dance.
NOTE: The music now waits momentarily before starting - this is to sync - it is intended behavior.

NOTE TO MOD DEVS: This mod uses unbillboarded polylines and I've noticed a subtle rendering issue with them - if anyone has insight on how to alleviate this problem or work around it, please reach out to me on the XMA Discord.
