Equippable 3D body hair - TBSE-X

Contributor Information / AI Usage:
Tzar for TBSE meshes and textures
Author's Comments:
Uses the Hair (Face) shader, so it'll dye with hair color and tattoo/ear clasp color instead of highlights.
Fitted to TBSE-X Midlander (and lazily put on other races), some clipping around the arms and midriff and poor fine alignment depending on your race.
Type 2 body hair included, you can replace the textures with overlays for any other body hair, or make your own.
Material constants can and should be tweaked to alter the look - currently it's subtle.
-------
This was meant to be a proof of concept for a commission - highly customizable (sharing UVs with TBSE so overlays would be usable) and across the whole body, with metadata toggles for specific parts, but the person requesting it poofed out of existence. It was never finished, so it's only the torso mesh with significant clipping and subpar textures. I might as well drop it here in case anyone wants to pick up the idea.
Regardless, with Dawntrail's increased material limit per slot, I will probably (?) revisit this in the future and give it proper weights, racial meshes and textures/shaders, unless someone else gets to that first.
Keep in mind this is poly heavy (~8600 tris). Body mesh is duplicated twice (!!) with UVs slightly offset for the 3D effect.
