pmp file
- It's Ultimate omega's effect simplified into a neon halo moved onto emperor's new ring as a wearable halo on head
- animation floating up and down and flickering, actual physical light
- RGB version
- an option just for Fem Viera ear 1 as the ears are huge and in the way of the halo
still experimenting with vfx halos.
No video preview for now.
