Author's Comments:

Removes all the sewing bits on the boltrise vest.
Goes over the boulevardier's ruffled shirt (formerly spring shirt) because in hindsight this was the better option, but it can still be swapped back if that is your preference via textools upload!

Now also includes a version that replaces the boltrise vest only

Should work for every race assuming I didn't mess anything up! Enjoy!
