Better Plot Numbers

MOD IS DAWNTRAIL COMPATIBILE!

For the longest time I have been struggling with readibility of housing district plot numbers, they are way too small but I could not find a solution for this that wouldn't require from me learning how to c#

Therefore I have made fairly shoddy attempt at numbering the plots on the map image itself and ported it to work through penumbra!

The numbers aren't fancy etc I know, I've made it to help myself be able to read the plot numbers when I wanted to visit venues.

Requirements:
Penumbra.

Compatibility:
Mod is compatibilie with Mappy.
Idk if there are any other map plugins out there but as long as the plugin doesn't change the image itself it should be good.

Known issues:
If you install the mod while you are currently in a housing district, the numbers will not show up unless you change zones completely as this will work as a redraw in a way. Teleporting to the same district will not work, you need to change zone properly, going to other division fixes it too.
