Author's Comments:

A recolor of the Vanguard Bolero of Scouting to give it a Black/White/Teal Color palette for personal use, but I thought I might as well upload it here. Dyes still work very well with it too!

This only affects the top and none of the other pieces and I specifically tried to match the undershirt to work well with pants in jet black.
( The 2B pants in particular to create that bodysuit look I saw a bunch on twitter

)
