MNK Desaturated Simple HUD Stance Icons

First mod upload. Hopefully I did this right.

The new simplified MNK beast gauge is frustrating to use because the colors of the stance icon decorations match the colors of the diamonds next to them, making it harder to quickly parse your resources in combat.

This just desaturates those icons so you do a quick color-check to see if you should be gaining or spending without getting distracted by the same-colored animal head.
