Dravanian Heels

Version: 1.0

Author's Comments:

It's a good thing Heavensward introduced flight, because trudging along the Hinterlands on foot in these would be a nightmare... if you're a COWARD

Adds some stompy heels to the Dravanian Greaves of fending and maiming, along with any items that share those models. Works for all Midde-based talls.
