To change the glow colour go into penumbra > materials > find your race iris and the emmisive is in there. which you can see is my x link

These will also not dye in game you can get them to slightly dye in the materials tab and have some cool effects. If you want a specific eye colour i included the png file with the hue modifier to mess with to get colours you like!\
