Temperance: Shiva's Touch and Frost Coat

Thanks to ocealot for the VFX Editor! Very cool!

You ever think to yourself "I wish I had more elements" or otherwise REALLY don't like the wings? Well! Now you can do something about it!

I did two versions of this effect: with your effects being between Touch of Frost, or Junction Shiva. I just think using Ice Thematically for defense is really neat. And I preferred it over using the wings (because aren't wings kinda like a scholar thing, anyway?)

Only tested on midlander. But it didn't seem as though there was any additional race animations/paps to keep track of.
