A quick little mashup from an idea I've had in my brain. I did not know what to name it and I've seen those mods with silly names floating about and so I did that.
This may have a little bit of clipping under the ruffles on the chest, especially for bigger chest sizes. All the pieces are dyable but I have NOT gone in to edit the second dye channel. I recommend penumbra's handy-dandy colorsetting tools
This requires Bibo+ for the textures, it's fitted to bibo small chest.
You can port it to other bodies or whatever if you feel like it
edit, like 10 minutes after uploading: you ever upload a mod and then realize there's clipping issues you didn't see before. well i did. and uh.m they should be fixed
