It's a little cowboy hat for your cock because... I don't know why. All the mods I make require a few passes to get right... This one? Apparently I gained sentience for it. And it just worked. And I hate that. Someone take Blender from me.
Fitted to base TBSE length, and does not scale with C+/IVCS (aka, does not work with IVCS as the base length is altered). For TBSE-X users, it's the M length... I think. I actually have no clue if it works on only Midlander based males, but pretend it does.
